GENERAL T&C's:
All bookings are required to provide a lead contact name, email & phone number along with the name and contact number of any other guest over the age of 18. This details are used by during the registration process with Haven, to confirm your booking and for the purpose of contact whilst on the site should there be any issues.
A £100 security bond is required at the time of booking and will be fully refunded upon the completion of a inspection following check out - For holidays booked before 1st April 2025, holidays booked on or after April 1st will be subject to a £75 security bond.
Damages & loss of keys will incur a charge with proof of costing available upon request.
Full payment must be received no later than 8 weeks prior to check in.
Access and use of the WiFi is subject to EE signal & a fair use policy.
As private owners we are not permitted to offer or sell passes for entertainment, these must be purchased directly through Haven & a link to purchase them will sent to you by Haven at the time of your booking registration. Please ensure you check your spam/junk folder for this email, but if you do not receive it within 24hrs of booking please contact us and will assist in resolving the issue.
Cancelation & Refund policy:
We understand that at times life can throw a curve ball at us that will prevent plans from taking place. That's why we try to operate a fair cancelation policy.
More than 8 weeks before check in - 100% of paid funds will be returned
Between 8 & 4 Weeks - 50% balance will be returned*
Less than 4 weeks - No balance will returned*
* In these instances you will receive your security bond back & if we manage to resell the break we will refund you the value of the resale up to your forfeited balance.
Refunds for dissatisfaction will be considered on a case by case basis and only when the guest has made contact with us directly to report issues. If you have enjoyed your stay and call at the end of the booking please understand, we are not likely to refund you.
